1. Membership and fees:
   
   Single Class (Walk-in/Trial session): £12.50 per session (Pre-Booking required).

2. Monthly membership cost (Pricing is a reduced rate based on an annual average):

Bronze membership - 1 class a week: £35 per month

Silver membership - 2 classes a week: £70per month

Gold membership - 3 classes a week: £105per month

Please note, late payments (past the invoice due date) will result in a penalty charge of £5 and the participant will not be able to attend the session until the outstanding payment(s) has been paid in full.

 

 

Invoicing/ Monthly Membership payment:

 

1. Membership Membership payment: This is a recurring monthly payment. After you receive your first invoice the payment will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month.

2. Invoice payments: You can pay invoices directly by pressing the ‘Pay Invoice’ button located at the top of each invoice.

Billing period is from September to July. Two weeks notice is required for membership cancellation. Please see section 4 of our membership agreement.

 

-Missed classes:

Missed classes are not refundable, however reschedules are available with adequate notice and we will use our best endeavours to provide the Member with the option of

attending an alternative class where available within the next (7) seven calendar days. Please see section 6 of our membership agreement.
 

-Cancellation of Class / Change of Time or Location by Hansu Taekwondo:

Hansu Taekwondo will make every effort to deliver all scheduled classes. 

 In the event that Hansu Taekwondo needs to postpone, relocate, cancel, or change the time of a class or classes, for any reason, Hansu Taekwondo may offer Members an alternative class or classes within the seven (7) calendar days following the class or classes that have been affected. No alternative classes will be offered beyond this period.
 

Membership agreement/ Terms and conditions (TnCs)

We are open from September to July. For a more detailed training year schedule please see below:

Training Year 2024-2025 (No Classes during Half Terms and Bank holidays)

Autumn Term: Monday 2 September to Friday 20 December 2024 (No classes during Half term and Bank holidays: Monday 28 October to 1 November 2024)

Spring Term: Monday 6 January to Saturday 5 April 2025 (No classes during Half term and Bank holidays: Monday 17 to Saturday 22 February 2025)

Summer: Tuesday 22 April to Saturday 19 July 2025 (No classes during Half term and Bank holidays: Monday 26 to Friday 30 May 2025)

What to wear/ Bring in your sessions:
Beginners and Walk-in/Trial members can train in comfortable clothing (appropriate sportswear) and barefoot. All members are required to train in full Hansu uniform and belts. Remember to bring a water bottle with you. 

 

Drop off/ Pick up/ Parking

There is free parking available outside the premises ( For both Hazelwood and Energie) and there is a Morrisons car park near our Energie studio. Students are collected and dropped at the entrance of the gym. Please make sure you are greeted by a member of Hansu Staff before dropping off your child.
